Registration Forms
Registration for the school year 2010/2011 opened May 1, 2010. Discounts are offered for early submissions, with the largest discount offered if your registration is completed on or before July 15, 2010. Registration closes Thursday, September 9, Spaces may still be available in some Chopstix preschool classes (we allow students to register in Chopstix mid year, because it is an interactive preschool class, however, if you are interested in registering mid year for other classes, you must speak to principal Daisy Chen Laone, and will probably need to sign up for private tutoring in order to be placed; please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . If you are interested in viewing a class description, please select the day you are interested in ("Sunday" or "Weekday"). You will see a list of all classes held on that day. Schools: We can provide classes for your students at your school during the school day. We also offer Curriculum Development services, and assistance in setting up your own Chinese program (helping with vetting candidates, course planning). If your school day schedule does not allow a regular Chinese program, please let us know...we can customize a series of Chinese Cultural Workshops in order to provide your students with an understanding of Chinese culture.
